eTefter is a tool for internal work organization and for keeping records of clients, jobs, payments and related documentation.

The app is intended for independent tradespeople, service businesses and small companies that want a simple way to manage daily business activities.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter during registration and while using the app.

Users are also responsible for protecting access to their account and for all activity performed through that account.

Users independently enter client, job, payment, expense, photo, company and other information into the app.

Users are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy and content of the data they enter and use in the app.

eTefter can generate PDF invoices and other work documents based on information entered by the user.

Users are responsible for checking all information in generated documents before using, sharing or issuing them to third parties.

eTefter does not guarantee that every generated document complies with the specific legal, tax or accounting requirements applicable to an individual user.

Certain app features may be available through a paid subscription or trial period.

Subscription terms, trial duration, price and renewal are governed by the relevant in-app purchase platform and its current terms.

Users are responsible for managing their subscription through the app store account they use.

The app may request access to certain device features, including:

These permissions are used only to provide app functionality and in response to actions initiated by the user.

• camera, to take before and after photos
• photo library, to select existing photos and a company logo
• notifications, for local reminders and job-related alerts

eTefter is provided “as is” and “as available”, without a guarantee that it will operate without interruption or errors, or meet every specific business need.

To the extent permitted by law, eTefter is not liable for direct or indirect damage resulting from:

• incorrectly entered data
• user errors while using the app
• data loss caused by external factors
• interruptions to third-party services
• improper use of generated documents

Users may not use the app in a way that:

• violates applicable laws and regulations
• threatens the security of the system or other users
• is used to enter unlawful, misleading or harmful content
• attempts unauthorized access to app data or functionality

eTefter may occasionally change app features, operation, appearance and these Terms of Use.

Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Users may stop using the app at any time.

eTefter reserves the right to restrict or terminate access in cases of abuse, violation of these terms, or for technical and security reasons.
